RETURNS
Returns are eligible within 30 days of purchase. Items should be unworn, with original tags attached and proof of purchase. For the quickest service, products purchased at an authorized dealer should be returned (or exchanged) at the original point of purchase. Online purchases can be returned by contacting info@southerlyfishing.com
EXCHANGES
Southerly does not offer automated exchanges. If you would like to exchange your online purchase for a different product, please initiate a return by contacting info@southerlyfishing.com. Once this return and refund is in process then a new purchase can be made as a separate transaction.
