Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00PM Central Standard Time typically ship the same day.  Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, or on Holidays will be processed the next business day.  Most orders ship from our warehouse in the greater Dallas / Ft. Worth area.

Expedited orders placed before Noon CST, Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped on the same business day.

Expedited orders submitted on Saturday, Sunday or a recognized national holiday will ship on the next business day.

Expedited shipping times may vary during high-volume seasons.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours (or the next business day for orders placed on weekends or holidays) for your tracking number to become active.
