We stand behind the quality of our Southerly products with a 30-day warranty. If you're not completely satisfied with your gear, simply contact us within 30 days for a hassle-free replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority and we're committed to ensuring that our gear performs where it matters most — on the water.
Beyond our 30 day warranty, we guarantee all of our products against any against defects in materials or craftsmanship. Damages due to normal wear and tear — or from misuse, neglect, or mistreatment — are not subject to our warranty and will not be replaced, open to our review and discretion.
If you find that your Southerly gear has suffered from a defect, poor construction, or an issue on our end, please email support@southerlyfishing.com to initiate the process. All repairs, replacements, and credits are subject to examination from our quality control team. We will work as quickly as we can to resolve your gear issue and get you back out on the water.
