LET's WORK TOGETHER TO GET YOU FISHING AGAIN

We’re saltwater anglers too — stuff happens, especially to waders. Whether you got hooked on a crab pot, took a spill on a barnacle-covered rock jetty, or have questions about your wader’s performance, it’s simple: get a hold of us and tell us what’s going on. We promise we won’t give you the wader warranty run-around that so many anglers experience with other brands. We’ll work together to find a suitable solution and get you back fishing as soon as we can. 

WARRANTY DETAILS

We offer a full 1-year wader warranty due to material defects or craftsmanship. Any diminished performance via regular use within the first 90 days can be sent in for free repair. After 90 days, we will assess and charge a reasonable fee for repairs from normal wear and tear. General service turn around is 1-3 weeks.

Apparel & Footwear Warranty

Our apparel and footwear warranty is similar to our wader policy. We stand behind the quality of our products with a 30-day warranty. If you're not completely satisfied with your gear, simply contact us within 30 days for a hassle-free replacement or refund. 

Beyond our 30 day warranty, we guarantee all of our products against any defects in materials or craftsmanship. Damages due to normal wear and tear, from misuse, neglect or mistreatment are not subject to our warranty and will not be replaced. All requests for repairs, replacements or credits are subject to review from our quality control team. We'll work as quickly as we can to resolve your gear issue and get you back out on the water.
