Yes, we offer free shipping for large domestic orders. Check your cart to see the current deal on free shipping.
We ship Southerly gear all over the world, but can’t offer free shipping. Rates and timing depend upon location.
Warranty & Repair
We stand behind the quality of our Southerly products with a 30-day warranty. If you're not completely satisfied with your gear, simply contact us within 30 days for a hassle-free replacement or refund. Questions or warranty claims? Email us at support@southerlyfishing.com.
Please note: our warranty covers construction or material quality issues, not damages due to normal wear and tear or misuse. All repairs, replacements or credits are subject to examination by our product support team. We’ll work as quickly as we can to resolve your inquiry to get you back out on the water.
Depending on the product and the requested repair, we may be able to offer a repair option. Email support@southerlyfishing.com to discuss with our product support team.
Returns & Refunds
We offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase. Our refund policy is here.
If the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, the buyer is eligible for a full refund. If the packaging has been opened and the product has only been tried-on indoors and the tags are still intact, the buyer is eligible for a full refund. If the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, the buyer may be eligible for a partial refund based on our product support team’s discretion. If the product has been damaged and falls outside of our warranty policy, there is no refund eligibility. More information is found in our Terms of Service.
If an original purchase didn’t include free shipping then all costs will be the customer’s responsibility. If the original purchase included free shipping, then just the return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
