Captain Joseph Prado was born and raised in the Rio Grande valley, where he began
his guiding career at the age of 18. 

Capitalizing on the wonderful treasure of the Lower Laguna madre, Joseph guides out of
Port Mansfield Tx in the winter months and transitions to South Padre Island during the
summer.

From fly fishing for redfish in the shallow water back bays with experienced anglers or
catering to families looking enjoy their first experience on the water, Joe can handle it
all.
